I served for 24 Years in the Army, I left as a WO2 in the RLC and have served within Airborne Forces, I finished my career in the Forces 7 years ago and I'd never asked for help before....until now. I was going through an extremely difficult time at work and this in turn was affecting things at home, I happened to stumble across the Veterans Association, it took a lot for me to walk in as I wouldn't normally consider doing this.
I'm so glad I did as I was immediately welcomed. They listened, they empathised and they understood where I was coming from. They have done nothing but help me, as they would for any Veteran and I appreciate their support immensely. I cannot recommend this place enough and I have found John, Angie and Helen to be extremely warm, welcoming and understanding to not only me but also my family.
